Returns and exchanges policy
Product failures
If you notice that your product is damaged or you see any missing items, please notify us immediately by email at hola@mamifera.pe . In the email, indicate your order number and attach supporting photos. We will respond to your email as soon as possible to provide you with a solution. The deadline for receiving these emails is 7 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order. If applicable, we will resend the product to you at no cost.
I want a refund
If you would like to process a return, please email us at hola@mamifera.pe . Indicating your order number and your request. The deadline for receiving these emails is 7 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.
I want a change
If you are looking for an exchange, please email us at hola@mamifera.pe to arrange it. Please provide us with your order number and what you wish to exchange. The shipping costs for the products to be exchanged must be paid by the Customer/User. Exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
Error in production
If what happened is that there was an error in the process of making your jewelry and it has not turned out as it should, write to us at hola@mamifera.pe indicating your order number and telling us what happened. Attach all the necessary images to understand the problem. Because we would love to help you remake your jewelry and make it look as it should. So if it was your first time we can send you the necessary items to remake the piece again. Shipping costs must be paid by the Client/User.
