Mammiferous EIRL with RUC 20612632287 (“Mamífera”) respects and complies with the provisions established by the Peruvian Personal Data Protection Law in order to make correct use of the personal data of Clients/Users from whom it requests their prior consent. In the case of processing sensitive data, your written consent will also be requested.

Information collected on the Website

Mamífera collects personal data that Clients/Users provide through electronic forms located on the Website, which are necessary for the purchase of products and other purposes to be processed (exchanges or returns, refunds and subscription to our mailing list).

Access and Security of Personal Data

Mamífera has adopted the necessary technical security measures to protect the personal data of Clients/Users, maintain their confidentiality and prevent third parties from accessing said information, which is restricted. The personnel who have access to the information undertake not to share said information and to respect the Privacy Policy and Peruvian data protection legislation.

When making a purchase through our Website, Mamífera will request the following information from Customers/Users:

  • Home address
  • Email
  • DNI
  • Phone
  • Country of residence
  • Zip code
  • Information about the payment method chosen by the Client/User

Acceptance of Privacy Policies

When the Client/User gives his/her consent to process his/her personal data, he/she fully accepts the Privacy Policies. Therefore, Mamífera uses them for the purposes described above.

Use of the Website by Minors

To use the Website, Clients/Users must be over 18 years of age. Therefore, we do not collect information from minors. 

Exercise of Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition (ARCO)

The right to the protection of personal data allows people to control their personal information. To this end, the regulations provide rights that allow people to demand that their personal data be treated appropriately. These are the so-called “ARCO” rights: 

  • Access: Every person has the right to obtain the information about themselves that is subject to processing in public or private administration databases, the way in which their data was collected, the reasons that motivated its collection and the request of whom the collection was made, as well as the transfers made or planned to be made of them. 
  • Rectification (update, inclusion): It is the right of the owner of personal data to have data that is partially or totally inaccurate, incomplete, erroneous or false modified. 
  • Cancellation: The owner of the personal data may request the deletion or cancellation of his/her personal data from a personal data bank when the data is no longer necessary or relevant for the purpose for which it was collected; the established period for its processing has expired; his/her consent for the processing has been revoked and in other cases in which the data is not being processed in accordance with the law and regulations. 
  • Objection: Any person has the right to object, for a legitimate and well-founded reason relating to a specific personal situation, to being included in a database or to the processing of his or her personal data, unless otherwise provided by law.

Clients/Users of the Website may exercise at any time the rights of knowledge, access, rectification, cancellation and opposition recognized by Law. To do so, Clients and/or Users must send an email to hola@mamifera.pe with the subject: “Data Privacy Request” or send their physical request to the address Teniente Romanet 120, 6th floor, San Isidro, Lima.

If the user considers that he or she has not been assisted in the exercise of his or her rights, he or she may file a claim with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data, by contacting the Reception Desk of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights: Calle Scipion Llona 350, Miraflores, Lima, Peru.

Modification of Privacy Policies 

Mamífera may modify the presentation and configuration of the Website, as well as the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policies. It is important that the Client/User carefully reads the terms and conditions each time they access or purchase a product from the Website.
