Shipping Policy

Our orders are shipped via Scharff (third-party companies), who are responsible for security and delivery times.

Delivery times

We have a delivery time of 24 to 72 hours* for deliveries in Metropolitan Lima and Callao; and 48 hours to 7 business days* for deliveries to other areas of Lima and provinces. These times must be considered from the day after the order is placed.

* This is the estimated reference time. Delays may occur due to holidays, external factors, or if the purchase was made on holidays or festivities.

Shipping fee

We charge a flat rate for nationwide shipping of S/. 15.00.
